Event Hosting
Rent the first floor of the house for your special event or group meeting. Rental
includes dining room, parlor, sunroom, and bathroom. 9am- 4pm.
Please call for day rates.
House Rental
Rates:
Weekends (two night minimum) - $295 per night
Weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) - $250 per night
Full Week (Saturday-Saturday). - $1400 per week
Holiday rates:
Memorial Day Weekend - Three night minimum $360 per night
Labor Day Weekend - Three night minimum $360 per night
Payment:
Reservations may be held with MC/VISA, or Discover with $295 deposit.
Cancellations:
A full refund if cancelled one week prior to reservation date, or if house can be
re-booked.
